Ingredients

Onion (grated): 5g

Macadamia (finely chopped): 80g

Bread (white part only, no crust): 2 slices

Water: 300ml

Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Sherry vinegar: 2 tbsp

Salt: as needed
-
White pepper: as needed

Table grapes: 3 each
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bar blender and blend until smooth to create a creamy soup.

Pour the soup into a bowl. Top with sliced grapes and drizzle with olive oil.
