Australian Cream: 1 cup

Australian Mascarpone Cheese (chilled): 1 cup

Powdered Sugar: 1/4 cup

Fresh Finger Lime Pulp (about 4-5 limes): 2 tbsp

Vanilla Beans Paste: 1 tsp

Pinch of Fine Salt
Directions

In a chilled bowl, whip mascarpone and cream together until soft peaks form.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla paste, and salt. Whip briefly to combine.

Gently fold in finger lime pulp — do not overmix to preserve the caviar-like texture.

Chill for 30 minutes before layering or piping.
