Fresh Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients

Australian Fresh Avocado: 3 nos

Australian UTH Milk: 100ml
-
Australian Cream: 100ml

Caster Sugar: 80g
Directions

First peel the avocado skin off then cut into cubes.

Add the Avocado and milk, cream cheese into the mixing bowl.

Then add caster sugar and blend it until fine.
-
Once the mixture is fine, add cream and mix all together.
-
Once all are mixed well, transfer to a container, seal it and blast freeze it until it turned firm.

Scoop and serve.
