Fresh Avocado Ice Cream

Ingredients 
  • Australian Fresh Avocado: 3 nos

  • Australian UTH Milk: 100ml

  • Australian Cream: 100ml

  • Caster Sugar: 80g

Directions
  • First peel the avocado skin off then cut into cubes.

  • Add the Avocado and milk, cream cheese into the mixing bowl.

  • Then add caster sugar and blend it until fine.

  • Once the mixture is fine, add cream and mix all together.

  • Once all are mixed well, transfer to a container, seal it and blast freeze it until it turned firm.

  • Scoop and serve.
