Australian Orange Cheese Tart

Ingredients

Australian Orange: 5 nos

Australian Whipping Cream: 90g

Australian Cream Cheese: 1g

Sugar Fine: 280g
-
Vanilla Essence: 10g
-
Whole Eggs: 300g

Tartlet Shell: 30pcs
Directions
Prepare Orange Purée

Zest and juice the oranges.

Strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp.

Set aside 100–150 ml juice and zest for flavouring.
Make Cream Cheese Mixture

In a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

Add the sugar and continue mixing until fully incorporated and creamy.
Add Wet Ingredients

Add whole eggs gradually while mixing. Pour in the orange juice, orange zest, vanilla essence, and whipping cream.

Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Pipe or spoon the orange cheese filling into each tartlet shell, filling up to 90%.
Preheat oven to 150°C–160°C. Bake the tarts for 18–22 minutes or until the filling is just set and slightly puffed. Avoid overbaking to maintain a creamy texture.
