Australian Orange Cheese Tart

Ingredients 
  • Australian Orange: 5 nos

  • Australian Whipping Cream: 90g

  • Australian Cream Cheese: 1g

  • Sugar Fine: 280g

  • Vanilla Essence: 10g

  • Whole Eggs: 300g

  • Tartlet Shell: 30pcs

Directions

Prepare Orange Purée

  • Zest and juice the oranges.

  • Strain the juice to remove seeds and pulp.

  • Set aside 100–150 ml juice and zest for flavouring.
     

Make Cream Cheese Mixture

  • In a mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add the sugar and continue mixing until fully incorporated and creamy.
     

Add Wet Ingredients

  • Add whole eggs gradually while mixing. Pour in the orange juice, orange zest, vanilla essence, and whipping cream.

  • Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined.
     

Pipe or spoon the orange cheese filling into each tartlet shell, filling up to 90%.​

Preheat oven to 150°C–160°C. Bake the tarts for 18–22 minutes or until the filling is just set and slightly puffed. Avoid overbaking to maintain a creamy texture.
